Scallop dumplings
Ingredients
- 250 g scallops, diced finely
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- .5 c spring onion, sliced finely
- 1 t cornflour
- 1 t fish sauce or soy sauce
- 10 wonton wrappers
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except wrappers in a bowl
- Spoon a tenth of the mixture into a wonton wrapper and fold into the finished look you want - ravioli style, wonton, money bag, etc
- Place all dumplings into a lined steamer and steam for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot and with soy sauce for dipping
