300gpotatoes, preferably maris piperpeeled and cubed

Instructions
Poach the fish with the bay leaf in water and milk in either a frying pan or in the microwave for 2-4 minutes. The fish should be only just cooked and soft to the touch. Let stand to continue to gently cook through.
Cook the potatoes with a pinch of salt in either a pot of water or microwave until tender.
