Oysters Kilpatrick
In my galley I don't have the ability to grill well so I made these oysters kilpatrick in the frying pan. Quick and easy too.
Prep Time 5 mins
Cook Time 7 mins
- 1 rasher of bacon finely chopped
- 12 oysters shucked, free of grit
Sauce
- 1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- shake tabasco spice up to taste
Saute the bacon until golden and crispy.
While the bacon is frying mix up the sauce.
Heat up the shells so the oysters don't go cold too quickly. Do this in the microwave, oven or a bowl of boiling water
Once bacon is crispy add the oysters and gently saute them until they're just cooked.
Place oysters back in their shell, sprinkle over the bacon and drizzle on the sauce.
