Steamed pancakes
Make your own for duck pancakes. These pancakes are simple to make and are lovely and elastic.

Ingredients

plain flour

c
boiling water
1

sesame oil
Instructions
In a bowl add the flour and stir in the boiling water
Mix until it forms a dough ball
Once cool enough to handle knead the dough until smooth
Cover and rest dough for 20 minutes
Prepare steamer and place in liner
While water is coming to the boil prepare the dough by portioning it into 10-12 pieces
Roll out pancake as thin as you can and that fits the steamer
Steam for a minute or so. While this one is steaming start rolling out the rest
Steam, roll, repeat, until wrappers are done
Notes
Lightly brush each one with oil to prevent sticking and keep warm under a tea towel
