Scallop dumplings

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g scallops, diced finely
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • .5 c spring onion, sliced finely
  • 1 t cornflour
  • 1 t fish sauce or soy sauce
  • 10 wonton wrappers

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients except wrappers in a bowl
  • Spoon a tenth of the mixture into a wonton wrapper and fold into the finished look you want - ravioli style, wonton, money bag, etc
  • Place all dumplings into a lined steamer and steam for 10 minutes.
  • Serve hot and with soy sauce for dipping
